JANA MAGGINETTI, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

A native Californian, Jana possesses an innate understanding of West Coast living—a lifestyle defined by the seamless blend of sophisticated elegance and relaxed comfort. Her journey began in high-end fashion, influenced by her mother’s impeccable style and refined through years with premier retailers like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.

The definitive "spark" for her career occurred when she first encountered the exquisite craftsmanship of an Oscar de la Renta couture jacket; captivated by its perfectly molded shoulder and intricate beadwork, she eventually moved into the heart of the industry as General Manager of Michael Casey Couture.

Today, Jana translates that mastery of textiles, color, and proportion into the world of interiors. After earning her interior design degree and co-founding Van Dillen & Fung Interiors, she launched her own firm to focus on a deeply personalized, collaborative process that emanates the unique personality of each client. 

When she isn't seeking inspiration through travel, art, and architecture, Jana finds joy in her garden or walking along the rocky Carmel coast with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Oliver.

Marissa Green, INTERIOR Designer

A Monterey native, Marissa brings a deep local sensibility and a versatile professional background to the firm. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture, she has cultivated a diverse portfolio spanning high-end residential design, boutique hotels, and commercial remodels.

Marissa’s design philosophy is fueled by a passion for architecture and art and a love of Mid-Century Modern and Bohemian design. Having collaborated with numerous designers across the region, Marissa thrives on the personal connections made while working with clients throughout the Peninsula. She enjoys travel and spending weekends exploring local wineries with family and friends.
