CREEKSIDE TUDOR
The Story
Nestled within a charming neighborhood of distinctive historic properties, this distinguished Tudor-style home was ready for a modern revival. To accommodate a growing family "bursting at the seams," we looked upward rather than outward. By converting an underutilized attic into a sophisticated third-floor retreat—complete with a private bedroom and bath—we unlocked the home’s full potential.
The Transformation
This structural expansion sparked a total reconfiguration of the main floor. By repositioning the staircase and relocating the custom kitchen and dining areas, we carved out a sprawling family room designed for connection. The new layout establishes a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, providing easy access to a breathtaking backyard bordered by a winding creek, mature trees, and lush hydrangeas.
The Result
A perfect harmony of historic character and modern livability. Every detail, from the structural craftsmanship to the interior styling, was curated to encourage the family to slow down and enjoy the serene beauty of their Creekside sanctuary.
